Deck Building & Porch Renovations in Scituate, MA
Make the space outside your home more useful, from a deck for gathering to a welcoming porch and entry. New Age Home Improvement builds decks and renovates porches for homeowners in Scituate and the South Shore.
Plan the deck around your home
Start with how you want to use the space, the available yard and the way you move between the house and outdoors. We discuss the layout, deck surface, railings and steps together so the finished project works as a whole.
For an existing deck or porch, we review the current conditions before agreeing on the scope. The estimate depends on the size, materials, access and work involved.
Composite decking, railings and entry steps
Our completed projects include a composite deck with white railings in Braintree and a composite porch with entry steps in Cohasset. The photos below show these projects from our own work.
If you are considering composite decking, we can discuss the board appearance, railing style and finish details alongside the layout. Material choices and the scope of any framing or replacement work are established for your specific project.
One point of contact
You work directly with Adrian to discuss the project and coordinate the work. Clear communication, careful finish details and respect for your property guide the job from planning through completion.
